Navigate to Service > Knowledgebase.
Click "Create". Add the title and subtitle. Then click to start create the content.
You can add link, video and images. Once all set, click on "Setting" > "General".
Edit the url and add category and metadescription.
Click "Preview" to review and publish once it is ready.
